Always a disappointment.

I've had their 600mbps fiber internet service for 9 months now. The install was easy took about 45 mins to bring the line to the property and having internet up. Recently called to remove their equipment and had mine added, took about 15 mins to do without any issues. Usually get 500-600 Mbps download and with 0 outages so far. No complaints about any aspect so far.

Went out of town and service was disconnected for non-payment. (Totally my fault.) After paying the balance in full and reconnection fee before it was due, the cable box no longer worked. Someone in the company remotely tried to fix the issue but was unable. A WONDERFUL tech named Robert came out with another gentleman and they tried for over an hour to fix the issue. The only was to get it working was to switch out the cable modem meaning I would lose all recorded shows, some of which are no longer available. He apologized even though he had done everything he could. I just wish I had a job to offer him at a better company. Lesson learned - if you overlook a payment with this company, your service will never be the same. Oh, and auto pay often doesn't work on their end... In my top 3 of least favorite companies EVER. EEEEEEEEEEEver.

Worst customer service Ive ever encountered! If there was another option for high speed I would go with that EVERYTIME! Unfortunately there all we have for the gig speed .
