We could not be happier with the build of our forever home. We chose Pac West because of their attention to detail and their honesty and integrity. Steve Vansant worked with us in the design our home to have exactly what we dreamed of. Jim Yozamp, the owner worked with us directly from our first phone call to inquire about contracting with them. He made sure we were comfortable and happy with every decision that was presented to us until we were handed off to our project manager Tye.  Tye was the most amazing project manager who patiently and gracefully tolerated us with question after question that we had on our build and made sure we were happy with every inch of our home. The project was clean, the subcontractors were respectful and kind, and we couldn't be happier with the final result.

The Pacwest team built our dream (retirement) home and I can't even begin to articulate how much we enjoyed our building experience with them. They know what they're doing, their people are the greatest, their subs are phenomenal, the workmanship is of the highest quality, their communication and follow up is second to none, they are highly professional, and to top it off they're just darn good people! If we were to build another home we wouldn't even consider another builder! If you're looking to build a high quality home (on time and on budget) do yourself a favor and go meet Jim, Kristy, Tye, Spencer and the rest of the crew!

The Chile rellenos were excellent. Open late, great prices, super fast food. Salsa is good, but I wish they would have bigger containers to put it in.
