        We have been on the lookout for a couch for awhile and found the perfect one at City Home. Staff was super helpful with getting measurements so we could check to make sure it would fit in our space. I was thrilled to be able to purchase the floor model and have it in our home the same day we found it. Our whole family is loving the couch including our doodle Theo : )

      Hi Kadi, we always aim to make sure our customers have a stellar time shopping with us and we're sorry that your experience with us fell short. The sofa you ordered from us was delayed by 2 weeks from the quoted time due to manufacturing delays outside of our control. Our team offered a discount on the sofa and free delivery because we do take delays like this very seriously. We were also not able to get your sofa delivered on Christmas day as you requested because our delivery partner was closed for the holiday. However we offered to have your sofa delivered on the 26th. Since the 26th did not work for you, we have been attempting to reach you to arrange your delivery as soon as possible (you should have received a voicemail from us this morning, the 27th). We sincerely apologize that your order was delayed, please give us a call back and we will have your sofa delivered as soon as possible.
