        Avoid. First service call, they came unprepared and did not resolve the problem. Second service call, they came unprepared again but (after leaving to get parts) eventually fixed the problem. And they padded the invoices for both service calls. Recommend against using Griffin.

        Furnace quit at 11:30 Friday, we called and furnace was up and running by 3 pm. Winter storm watch for weekend. There service is 5 star and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
