Our new family operated excavation business hit the lottery when we came across Sienna building. Steven gave us an opportunity to work with him and he has set the bar high for builders. Trustworthy, quality, leadership are a few words to describe his character. We hope to be a part of the Sienna team for many years to come.

My son Tom and I have owned Baxter Land Surveying for over 4 years and have done topographic surveys and foundation layouts for Steve throughout that time. We have always been paid promptly, but the one thing that stands out most to me is the preparation, foresight and lead time that Steve gives us on his projects. That makes it easy to schedule, and also makes us do what we can to fit his requests in when unexpected issues force the last-minute calls. He is truly appreciative when we can make it happen.
