Johannesen Builders, Inc., performed a major remodel to our home involving the elimination of a bedroom and expanding the family room into the vacated space--wall removals, ceiling reconstruction, rewiring, replumbing, new cabinetry/wet bar, plus the myriad of details that go into a successful reconstruction. We highly valued Craig and Jennifer’s creativity, both initially and in progress (such as repurposing certain items), as well as their integrity and commitment to a successful completion of the project. They took what could have been a stressful activity and made it fun and enjoyable. My wife and I hired Johannesen Builders for a large scale remodel and an addition to our existing home. Most impressive to us is that they cared not only about the project but also our family and needs at the time. Craig and his team took our home construction from initial concept to move-in readiness. Our architectural plans were very basic, and Craig and team finished the plumbing, electrical, cabinet and other designs in consultation with us. They then managed the complete construction project. Craig and team were excellent project managers, and have build enough homes that they know which little details work and which ones don't. They came in very close to schedule and cost, and we are extremely happy with the results.

We have worked with Johannesen Builders, Inc. on two large projects and look forward to future projects with Craig Johannesen and Jennifer Davidson. They are not only stellar individuals with integrity, but they go above and beyond to ensure the end result will be the highest quality work. They not only put tremendous effort in themselves, but they select excellent subcontractors that follow their lead on quality work, punctuality and being respectful of the home and the family that lives there. Not only are they knowledgeable and hard-working, they are delightful to be around. They are calm, careful and methodical. We have built two homes with Craig Johannesen of Johannesen Builders Inc The quality and attention to detail are the best we have ever seen. We would without question build again with Craig Johannesen. He’s was accommodating and involved on a daily basis. Both homes had exceptional details that required experience and knowledge.
