The service was nice, and I know the people staffed there are not responsible for the pricing. However it was upwards of 28 dollars for a dry hair cut. We left with a straight across trim for a mens cut, no layering, face framing, nothing. It feels there was no effort put into the haircut. We were in and out in 10 minutes because all she did was chop straight across and push us out of the chair. Not to mention, we asked for four inches off. She started with one inch and asked if it was enough, obviously we said no. Next thing we know she chops around six inches off without verifying. Definitely would not recommend.

They never answer the phone, last time I was in the location next to Winco in Bend they let the phone ring for over an hour even when they were standing around and when i mentioned it to them they said it rings all the time and people can schedule online if they want their hair cut. I don't understand the reason they have a phone when they have no interest in answering it and make customers listen to it endlessly ring.
