The stylist took all four of us: three adults & one three year old. She did a great job on all of us. A real trooper.

Always a joy to visit Cookie Cutters and have an appointment with Nicole! Our son is mixed race, and has lots of curls. He absolutely loves his hair and feels so confident after each visit. Grateful

Such a great experience! My little one has special needs, and Shelby was our pick. She was amazing and able to do a quick cut for a very uneasy kiddo. We went on to have so much fun exploring and playing and even got a balloon and sucker as parting gifts. It was a wonderful experience. We're sure to be repeat customers. They have TVs at every station and will play your little ones favorite show. The chairs are fun cars that they can sit in (or they can sit in your lap, like we did), and the hair wash station is a firetruck... so much fun! I have to mention the slide/ play area up front! It was incredible to have my kiddo happily occupied whilst I paid and got information for upcoming visits. Yay for Cookie Cutters! They are a blessing.

Was running late due to traffic reroute, called immediately to see if I should just reschedule and they made me a slightly later appointment, which I appreciated. I showed up 15 minutes early to that appointment, but my child was having a melt down so we stepped across the parking lot to get a snack after checking in at the front desk. Showed back up at the time of our appointment and then waited for almost 20 minutes more. When I asked how much longer it would be I was told that the receptionist called me 7 minutes before my appointment (I missed the call, see melting down child) and so they gave my appointment to someone who showed up 10 minutes early for their own appointment. Instead of telling me this when I came back in they just let me wait an awkward amount of time until I had to ask? Then when I asked she kept saying "we called you" which may be true, but isn't how appointments work. You make an appointment for your time and then you show up at the time. That is the point of an appointment. The actual hair dressers were more apologetic and hurried to get us in. The receptionist wasn't rude (aside from generally being kind of inconsiderate in her actions) but neither did she say sorry, explain or help me feel better about the situation. We live over 30 minutes away, 45 with traffic that day, and I would have appreciated something different than what I got. Hair cut itself was fine but I was mad at that point and over it. TL;DR I recommend you show up 10 minutes early so you can take someone else's appointment.
