Really happy with our experience here; convenient location on West side and the Manager went out of her way to help meet our exact needs when the location of the unit we chose online, did not work for us. The office has a varied schedule which is normal for a storage place, but was very responsive if we left a VM. They were a lifesaver for us at a critical time. Highly recommend!

Storage facility itself is nice, well maintained and conveniently located. Prices are comparable to any other facility. Main challenge Ive seen is that they have not had anyone at the office on Saturdays, even tho they advertise open office hours. Understand that staffing shortages or flu/Covid is likely impacting them, but should post this on the website or office door. Thank you!

I was having trouble finding a facility that had vacancy , but when I called NWSS Bend on Columbia, they were very friendly and incredibly helpful, they located the exact size space I needed and helped me through the entire leasing process , what a great experience.
