Loved using my unit in the beginning. With the management change, flooding of my unit on more than one occasion by improper maintenance, stuff left in my unit by previous management, constant rate increases, etc., decided to close out. Would never recommend to anyone.

Monse and Northwest Storage are amazing. I've dealt with many storage unit companies, but Monse runs a tight ship that makes everything easier.
She is a great communicator, is patient and will make sure you are happy with your experience. Would 10/10 recommend to all considering reaching out!
