The manicure I got was 22$ and they didnt do anything besides cut and file nails. All of my nails were uneven and one was cut way too short and in an uneven diagonal. The instructor never came by.

My own experience getting a haircut and pedicure at Phagans in Bend was not a very pleasant experience. The student who has been at Phagans for eight months,was very young and she had her girlfriend sitting next to me in a salon chair for the entire time i was getting my hair cut and the two of them chatted the whole time as if I werent there. I had to remind the student that she was supposed to do face framing. She said she forgot. Was she really distracted? Then when we went to the rear of the salon for my pedicure she had her friend come too. No attempt was made to be even the slightest polite. It seemed like I was back in high school.

Needs a new director, pretty sad when the school was paid in full. To punish a student who was taken against there will. Which caused them to Leave school. When they try to come back to finish and explained what happened to them. To be told nope unless you pay 5000, claiming they owe the school when they dont. So they are forced to lose their credits and progress.

Was in here recently for a haircut, The young lady doing my hair was very nice and pleasant. On the other hand the receptionist Jaime didnt seem to have a clue what she was doing. Seriously disappointed in the service received from her, some more training seems adequate.

I've been going here for a few years, and usually have a fairly decent experience but the last time was pretty bad. Got a pedicure, the student cut my big toe and then got acetone in the cut And when we were finished, there was a bunch of polish on my skin around my toenails. I know they are students but this was pretty ridiculous. The supervisors came over and looked at my toes and said everything was fine. They charged me $42.50.
