Whoever had my order sent yesterday assured me they would overnight my order so Id receive it today.
Then last evening I got a fed ex tracking email that says my order will arrive Monday January 22. Im using my last catheter this morning from my urologist. That leaves me 48 hrs without any catheters!!
Terrible customer service!!

I am so impressed with 180 medical. I have not used them before but they are my go to for medical supplies. The order
Gal was the best. She took her time and explained everything to me.
They got the supplies I needed asap.
Very impressive. They kept in contact with me the whole time. Great experience from start to finish. These folks got it together.

Absolutely fantastic provider. They've gone above and beyond for me as I've switched back to catheter use, making sure I had the right supplies, even overnighting me extra so I didn't run out.
