        Grateful to be employed by Columbia Medical Alarm. I have seen first hand the impact that is made through the services provided. Yes, I work here but when folks are looking for a company, they see the bad. They dont see the reality that folks face.. Before people have services through us, they fall and are often times are on the ground for days before help comes. With their button, they can and do live independently with an extra layer of support getting help as soon as 911 can respond. Its a really great company!!

        I had a medical emergency with heart issues I Activated my call button around 1pm and the ambulance didnt arive till about 4pm and the EMT said they just received the call just 3 to 4 minutes prior to arrival at my house wich I believe them kudos to all the emergency responders who take these calls every day you are Appreciated! But somebody really dropped the ball would be nice if this was investigated as for me i will go through a different company i lost all confidence in this company thanks Joseph Collins
