My sister and I were traveling together. I called directly and asked for two rooms next to or across from each other. While checking in not only did they ignore my request they put us on different floors at opposite ends

We went for the cookies and the "24-hour" hot tub. The sign posted outside the pool area said the pool closes at 10pm, and the sign inside the pool area said closes at 7pm. This isn't clear and maybe not enforced. Cookies were great, as usual. The hot tub was not hot, but the front desk receptionist Paulo did try to have the maintenance turn up the temperature. If you're looking for a place to lay low between the coast and Portland, this is a good spot.

Have only stayed here a handful of times, but this was by far the worst. There were ants in the bathroom and dead gnats on the bed in the second bedroom. I called the front desk to let them know just in case the ants in the bathroom returned or more dead bugs appeared. I also asked what the options would be if there were more dead bugs. They told me they can move me to a different room with two queen beds even though we reserved the two-room, three queen beds. I asked about having two separate rooms as an option and they said they would do that at a 50% discount rate. My friend brought her dog, and he would not sit still as he was eating crumbs off the floor left by previous guests. We turned on the TV and the TV had blue pixels in the top right corner the size of a baseball as if someone hit the screen. There were also marks on the walls and a green stain on the front of the dresser under the TV. The next morning I was awoken by Im assuming the maintenance guy and an Orkin man. They entered the room without knocking and let me know they were there to spray for ants and set traps. We were not informed of this and were not asked if we wanted to be exposed. The next morning (day of check out), the ants tripled in the bathroom and I was once again forced to shower with ants. I went to the front desk and asked for their manager. I explained the story and all she said was Im sorry you experienced that. She also informed me the front desk person from the previous night had apparently compd one night. The lack of communication and empathy was a bit alarming. I have pictures and videos of the ants as well but the manager didnt care to see.
