Very new hotel from 2022, nice and clean. But you can hear everything from hallway and next door. The restroom door is so loud. Also somebody was playing loud dancing music at 1 am! And again 7 am! Im not a super light sleeper, but still got waken up.

UPDATE: LATEST STAY MARCH 2024: We were put in a room that should not have been given to anyone. At 1:30AM we had to change rooms and thankfully the ONE EMPLOYEE in the hotel at the time helped me (disabled) and my mother (elderly) switch rooms. HUGE shout out to Brianna! She provided exemplary customer service. The employees who work at this hotel are wonderful. I would also like to thank Dustie for adjusting our bill due to the problem with the room. What the people who run the hotel are thinking is questionable. We were put in an ADA room that had a toilet that could not flush and broken items (curtain opening/closing mechanism, toilet paper holder, noisy refrigerator, and missing items in the shower). We were moved to a room, an ADA room exactly the same, where everything worked and was located closer to the elevator, so why weren't we put in that room to begin with? This hotel has raised its prices and loves to brag about hosting NIKE VIPs, yet I doubt they would have given that room to anyone they consider a VIP. My being disabled should not mean being given the worst room they've got. One really positive thing of note is that they finally fixed the check-in area to properly use the lowered area for wheelchair users and anyone else who needs it. This is a huge improvement and something that meets legal requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Original review: The room we had (2 queen, wheelchair accessible with tub) was spacious and clean. The room is well designed for a wheelchair user and the beds are low for an easy transfer. The bathroom, too, works well for a wheelchair user. The refrigerator in the room is quite small and there is no microwave. The tapas menu in the lounge was small, but what we had was tasty (the meatballs and the crispy potatoes) and the bartender made an excellent dry martini. The location is great - close to everything in Beaverton and right near highway 26, minutes to Portland. There is a good amount of handicapped parking in the lot, right next to the front door. All of the staff we encountered (bar staff and housekeeping) were friendly, with the exception of the people working front desk. While the woman who checked us out was professional and friendly, no one else working the front desk even pretended to be. The wheelchair level portion of the check-in desk has a huge decorative item on it and no credit card machine (so basically they are not using it for what it is supposed to be used for at all). Every time we left or entered the hotel the women at the front desk looked at me (made eye contact) and looked away. No friendly hello or welcome back or have a nice day as witnessed given to other guests. As other reviewers have stated, you can hear your neighbors, so it is not a quiet hotel. That really did not bother us so much and the noise we heard during our stay was not excessive. I can see how it could be, though, depending on who you have staying in the rooms around you. We did not eat the breakfast offered ($15 per person).

I have stayed here many times on my business travels. Wifi is always down and even when it does work, its very slow. For a hotel that primarily services business travelers, Im disappointed its not better. Lobby is always very loud. Breakfast is mediocre at best. Gym is small. Rooms, rates and amenities are much better at the Element next door.
