Nicole was fabulous and delivered excellent customer service after a previous locksmith miscut a specialty key that I ordered online. She worked with me to solve the problem and explained the process thoroughly. I truly appreciated her patience and her cautious approach. Gentlemen was nice enough. Work was done fast however I just had 3 keys duplicated and I get home and none of them worked!!!!! The apprehensiveness in the person who helped me was obvious. I'm somehow knew the keys wouldn't work. Would not recommend.

Locked my keys in my car with it running when I got to work, so I had to have a coworker bring me his store key. It was stressful to say the least. Precision Locksmith quoted around noon until someone could get to me, as I work around 10 miles south of them. To my surprise I had someone here around 10. Much cheaper than all the other places I called. Highly satisfied with their service.
