        I've been a customer for 2 years. Onpoint has always been there for me. I have all my accounts here including my car loan. No other bank has offered me what onpoint has.

        Horrible customer service from their online zelle "tech". If they hate their job they need to quit and find a new one where they don't have to deal with people. A job where they clean restrooms or in the fields picking berries. TF?!

        They are very short staff and no one returns calls here. Tried to call several days and no one called me back. So, I go into the branch and they are all just talking and laughing with other co-workers about personal things and not answering calls?! Seriously how unprofessional is that! Dont waste your time at this branch, terrible customer service.

        Ed Bonilla is racist, it's very sad that they have an individual leading a branch that is biased towards Africans. He refused to assist me. I went into the branch to discuss concerns about my spending limit being changed. When I entered the branch, Ed was the concierge. I raised my concern to him and he said 500 was the maximum daily spending limit and refused to allow me to speak to someone and have a better understanding or to change it. Which I didn't know was possible until I spoke to customer service. I then asked for the district managers contact information and he refused to provide any information. Ed even went as far as even giving me a fake email because I started recording him so he felt pressured. When I called customer service, I had a lovely lady assist me and changed my spending limit to 1500. I don't understand why someone could be so mean just because the color of my skin. He should be fired!
