        I had ordered a device for pick up through Verizon at this store and when I called because I never received the update they said they do not see the order so there is nothing they can do. I told them that I have the order confirmation the order number and everything and they told me they could not look at my account and find the order and then When I ask to speak to a manager or a boss they hung up on me.

        The store manager was extremely helpful and Accommodating. He resolved all my problems. Im not pleased with Verizon changing all the cables connectors, I now have to buy new ones. They dont adapt to my cars adapters. You should make a adapter to mate the new cables.
