Banner Bank - Closed

This bank is terrible, used to be free and started charging a $4 monthly fee since June 2022 without any notice or agreement. They're just trash, please choose someone else as they can't be trusted. At .01%APY they're a little too laughably pathetic and worthless to the customers and banking industry as a whole be demanding new fees. Avoid.

Worst possible bank you could have an account with. This location, just horrible. So inconvenient. Staff is so rude and never helpful. Awful customer service. The fact you have to give them a week notice in order to withdraw over $3,000+ out of your own account is ridiculous. Canceling my accounts with this bank. I was recommended to open my business account with them but no, gosh. Such a horrible experience every time. Chase has never given these many problems.

I've had a Banner account for over 10 years and honesty just had it for the free ATM benefit. That benefit has been reduced to I think 4 transactions a month. Nonetheless, I like that perk. However, this review is in regards to Jordan Haley, she was a floater teller, probably helps out at other branches too. My lady and I had some papers that needed a notory and she was the one who helped us. She was fun and friendly and I liked her. Good job Jordan and loves the Christmas sweater.
