      image Was with Banner for many years with their free checking. I will start off with a positive, all the tellers I have dealt with over the years have been friendly and personable. Now the negatives, a $4 a month charge for checking, less local branches available, online bank functions do not work properly, cannot get after hours help (very important). When I called to close my account after many years of being a customer, there was no thank you or hope you will give us another try, just okay it's closed.

      image May be it's a good bank when you are in your good times. But when hard time comes, this bank make your hard time even harder: they build up so many beurocratic obstacles in managing your accounts & money. Do not recommend to open account there anyone.

      image I have a long story about Banner Bank giving me bad checks that ruined my credit score. Then they refuse to take the blame or do anything about it. And then they try to charge me for using a technician to figure out the problem. Worst bank ever
