I had an account problem. Went to the bank in person.
Teller Lisa quickly and efficiently took care of it and in a very pleasant way.
Kudos to the bank for hiring her too.
Here I am again on 9/12/2023.
I notice that many give low reviews...I have too; however, today, Alyssa Kim, a teller at this USBank location was wonderful. Some may say it's her job...yes, in a way it is yet her demeanor was fantastic.
The problem I had was my account had been frozen unknown to me. I tried to deal with it online but that was all but impossible.
I'd give the software design a negative 5 review.
Back to Alyssa...a couple of payments of mine online bounced. I explained when and w/whom. She almost immediately had found the events as well as what caused them. She (legally had to) asked me a few identifying questions, I'd left my ODL in the car, and handed me a paper with their Fraud Division number on it. . .said I needed to all and explain and it would be quickly corrected. I thanked her but was a little confused as to whether I should call them or when I got home. She figured out my state and told me I could use her desk! I did, and after a few minutes of wait time talked with a person who quickly unblocked my account and said it would be ok in 2 minutes...TWO MINUTES.
It was. I was happy. I asked if Alyssa would benefit from a letter to her boss(es)...and she said that wasn't necessary. So, I asked her if she minded me using her name to publicly thank her (this review) and she said 'sure'...
So, there you have it. Kudos to Alysss Kim, teller extraordinaire.
Hopefully one of her supervisors gets wind of what a gem she is.
