Very disorganized and unprofessional service. The only reason this place even received a couple stars was due to the kind and patient service I received each time I called and spoke to the front desk. Otherwise, Ive been told three different times for pickup. Was told I would get a phone call to confirm pickup time and they never called and I had to keep calling to check the car status. I was told it would be ready Wednesday morning, Wednesday afternoon, and then Thursday morning, and now Thursday afternoon . Wasted a trip to find it wasnt available this morning. The man at the front this morning wearing a green beanie, I believe was exceptionally rude upon my arrival and was not friendly and looked rather annoyed. He wasnt very helpful and immediately gave me attitude when I was confused and upset about the car not being available for the 3rd time. Unprofessional customer service, if you provide wrong information a few times to a customer and engage in that behavior. I hope to receive my car back once and for all and never go back here again. Update: I do appreciate the lifetime warranty on the car and their attempt to make up for a bad experience. However, my previous statements about the misinformation and no attempt of phone calls besides today still remains relevant.

Carr Auto Body truly lives up to their statement We pride ourselves in not only the finest repairs and service, but also the best customer service. I took a Forrester here about a decade ago and had a great experience then too that is why I didnt hesitate to take my Crosstrek here again when I need body repair work. The staff at Carr made the experience easy, taking the hassle away by dealing with the insurance company, getting me a loaner car and was right on schedule with no surprises. The shop performed the repairs professionally and immaculately as they did before. There is no evidence of my car being hit and the paint blending was beautiful! Special thanks to Mike and Solomon who excel at communicating and going the extra miles to help me retrieve the items that I accidently left in the loaner car. Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish and fantastic customer service!

Mike was a straight shooter and gave me the help I needed in a matter of minutes. I was given the run around from another auto body shop and I was recommended to Carr Auto Body - Mike saved the day! Scheduled me for repairs and everything all in one visit. Highly recommend this auto body! Quality service.
