image Apparently the owner doesn't like the truth being out there because this is the second time my review has been removed from public view. I'll keep posting as many times as it takes to keep this up so people know what they're getting into. My experience with Rene and his shop started in late October 2020 and I am still trying to get resolution as of mid-2023.
RC's was subcontracted by Ford to do warranty paint work on my brand new 2020 Ford Mustang GT and the end result after 3 months of being in Rene's shop was a car that needed to be nearly completely repainted. Work was so bad Ford actually ended up replacing the vehicle.
Shop was dirty, parts from my car were placed on top of other customer vehicles, he made me find a glass vendor to work on my car after his usual guy damaged interior panels on my car as well as scraped paint off the body of the car. Rene knew of damages to the car and said that had I not seen it they would have put the car back together and I never would have known. He also didn't pay the new glass vendor so I did. On top of all this, when I had to wait several weeks for reimbursement for paying the glass vendor, a simple $175 check bounced when I tried to cash it.
In fact, Rene still owes me money since I had to take him to small claims court in Washington County; after 9 months he is still delinquent on his debt. (Small Claims Case# 22SC21619)
Stay away from RC's for anything but the most basic of paint jobs on beater cars; paint work he did literally wiped off the car when hand-washing with a microfiber wash mitt. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

image This is not the place you want to send your vehicle. I think you should just stay away from this body shop. Read those recent 1 star reviews and I feel those are only genuine. Better you visit body shop before sending your car
Good things
1) accept first call and accept car in any condition on same day.
Bad things
1) After you send your car , you are trapped.
No more response from owner and he dont accept your calls
2) No one in administration office and always closed.
3) Hardly anyone working in garage. Lot of cars though.
4) no documentation or proof that you sent car
5) he won't let your car to be transferred to othe body shop even if he can't fix it. He will hold it .
6) if you visit here you may find shop is closed during working hours. You find no one around.
7) painting and workmanship is below average and looks like work is done by layman. Probably you would fix your car better.

image I was looking to get some bodywork done and while at a friend's house, he showed me the quality of work that was done on his car. Not only was his car returned dirty, covered in dust, with more exterior (and interior) scratches and paint burned through in their attempt to buff out the paint with loads of buffing compound still present, but the paint is literally flaking off during a wash using a microfiber mit. I'm glad he showed me the workmanship this shop is providing their customers with because I will certainly be taking my car somewhere else, and you should too if you care about your car!

I assure you this is the correct shop, I've seen the invoice, I've seen the car in person, as mentioned before. So no, I'm not making anything up and I do have the correct business. I'm not violating Google's policy or tarnishing your good name. You're doing that all on your own. I'm not going to disclose the customer's name but you should know who it is, your had his brand new car in your shop for over 3 months.

image ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SHOP EVER!! A TOTAL SCAM AND A RIP OFF! DO NOT COME!To make a long story short, i went to Rc Collision because they had decent reviews and were the only shop at the time that would take my car even though i was a bit skeptical because of the few bad reviews it had. Turns out all those reviews are justified he isn't professional at all. When picking up my 2022 brand new camry that i bought in june 2022, i noticed he did not fix any of the repairs needed to be fixed besides the dent and to top it off HE DID NEW DAMAGES TO MY CAR. He completely scrapped both left side wheels from a curb and placed some short of machine on top of my car that gave it while swirl marks. He says he'll offer to fix it but he doesn't actually do it, i've been going back and fourth with him for months. He's told me that he has footage of my car before i took it because he thinks i did the damages to my own car. What he doesn't tell you is that HE saw the footage and deleted it. Because it showed that he indeed messed up my car and will not reimburse me in any way and THIS ISN'T happening to just me, i talked to a few other customers and THEY ALL Told me that when they picked their car up, they had seen NEW DAMAGES on it as well. He's pretty consistent with messing up peoples cars and not reimbursing them in anyways, as well as taking forever with no updates whatsoever.This sums up Rene as a person and body shop owner.- Very unprofessional will lie to you about deadlines and keep on giving you false information- He does not give updates on your car, it is not a priority to him he does them in whatever order he wants and switches from day to day- Doesn't text or call you for anything, unless it benefits him. so be prepared to be ghosted- He seems drunk half the time and has a really bad side when things do not go his way- Will lie to you however many times it takes to make you stop bugging him- Will make your car worse than it already is, you will find new damages- Team is untrustworthy just as he is- He will try to find after market parts and put them on your car and say "they're OEM"- He will also NOT give you the receipt of all parts used, bought, and put on your car.- Tell you he's doing something to get your car fixed but isn't actually doing anything for it- Untrustworthy in every way possibleHe openly admitted to me that he lies to his customers on purpose because he wants to give them what they want to hear, even if it isn't true. He also admitted that a random person robbed his shop recently which is why he had to start locking his own doors and place bars on them, AS WELL AS AN EMPLOYEE who's been stealing stuff from him.
