Can I give no stars? Currently advertising my same apartment for 350 less than I pay but increased my rent by 173$ after ONE year! The unit I was shown was not the one I moved into and it was such a downgrade. The leasing agent even argued with me about seeing the new unit before I moved in because it wasnt the same and I think she knew it was a POS.
The courtyard fountain has never once been up and running (dont trust the photos. Probably 5 years old), the pool was closed for over half the summer for maintenance, parking sucks, my shower is peeling and clogging the drain continuously AT MY EXPENSE , my cabinets are all falling apart that I fix all the time, the door doesnt lock properly and they wont fix the deadbolt. I was told Im not locking it properly over and over even though Ive been locking doors for over 30 yrs.
The ice storm in January caused a water shutoff for almost 10 days because of a busted pipe and they billed the residents for the fees even though we didnt have water.
Overall, a terrible complex. You can find better!

I lived there for 3 years and had to face horrible non living conditions twice.
Just after 3 months of starting living there, the water pipe broke inside the apartment and water was all over the apartment. They took 2 weeks to make it normal and still the repair was terrible, carpet was not fixed properly, wardrobe door was falling out.
Second time, during the winter storm, again water pipe broke and they shutdown the water supply for 7 days, we were with no water for a week. They provided community washroom which was worst than public toilet and management didnt even bother to clean it. They stopped receiving our calls. They asked us to buy water in the dangerous stormy condition and didnt even pay for the whole amount. And thats when we decided to move out.
Common laundry is not maintained, 3 out of 4 were not working for a year and still they did not worked on it. We found rats roaming around the community.
Management is worst. It is not worth living there even though the rent is comparatively little less. There are parking issues, unhygienic garbage area, no amenities, terrible management and lots of internal, hidden problems they wont even address.

Avoid this dump!!!
I no longer live here, so I can safely give an accurate review. It is sad I used to love this place, but after 6 years, I had to give one star.
This place is falling apart, slapped together with chewing gum and spit. You will be harassed constantly by management if you are someone who pays for rent without subsidy as they hope to squeeze you for extra baseless money. This is forced upon them by Cambridge slum lord realty company.
The rent is outrageous just based on square footage. They want to act like they are a fancy HOA gated community in Calabasas and expect you to do the upkeep. But in reality, the place is a dump and you will be lucky to avoid it.
Management will hang around your apt just looking for something to violate you on, but they won't go after your neighbor for the same thing. I got multiple non-compliance fine threats for things that I wasn't doing... that were actually occurring at my neighbors house!
But, alas, when I informed management that my neighbor six houses down is who had the illegal potted plant out front, not me, that neighbor was allowed to just keep the plant.
Horrible black mold problem that is just too bad to even fix without demolishing the whole place. Extremely haunted with horrible ghosties thanks to the land Fountain Park sits on. They want to rush you through the lease and it is really vague in a lot of parts, which is a big problem. You will get your car towed as a resident just because.
They claim there is enough parking for two cars per unit. I counted every single parking spot in all four lots one day. There is enough for just barely over one car per unit, but they hand out two passes plus a visitor pass. Then tow your car when you have nowhere to park.
It used to be such a cool neighborhood and complex, but not anymore!!!
