Nest took over for our old property management company and THANK GOD THEY DID!!! They have been so great about communicating with us and making the transition seamless. I just wish that we could stick with them in Vancouver, Wa! They have been more than willing to work with us and have made our rental house feel like our home. Thank you Nest Team.

Adrienne Fabrique was both manipulative and misleading. She came along part way through my lease, convinced the property owner he could get higher rent on the property I was in, and then waited like a predator for me to make a mistake, and pounced on it to end my tenancy and a local new growing business, only to have the property sit vacant for several months. She libelously claims rent wasn't paid, when it was merely late. She lost her client $thousands$ by pushing out a paying tenant, and ended a local business and community art resource. She doesn't know true hardship, and lacks genuine empathy and understanding. She's doing fine- no sweat off her back if you're homeless, or struggling; just money in her pocket from her commissions.

wow.. thank you for putting your lies into print.. I believe there's a legal term, like slander and/or libel for this. My rent was paid every month; I have every receipt to show it, as well as all of the receipts for the water and trash that covered both my unit and your client's father's unit. You didn't evict me, you terminated my lease over a late payment that you didn't give a deadline for but instead screeched "read your lease" once you gave me the news that you were ending my business.. and now you're asking 4x the rent.., and you were happy to do it.... greed is so ugly. Further, if I were "evicted", why did you coerce me to sign a move out agreement, which I 100% disagreed with, but reluctantly signed to ensure that my students could finish their classes and projects in progress?Updated December 6, 2023 PS- I already screenshot what you posted, so deleting it shows more of your poor ethics. Let's fix that
