I opened a business account at WaFd because my husband Jeff and I have experienced GREAT service in connection to Jeffs personal account. Josh and Trish are personable, courteous, and helpful. They seek out answers that they might not be sure of and will follow through with information. Great coffee shop setting with comfy seats, delightful smells and vibes. More banks should be like this one!

I went in to the Ashland branch to simply cash a WaFd check and met Josh... He was extremely helpful ended up setting me up a checking account. Had some unique questions and he took em and handled it like a pro.... Josh your awesome thank you for all your help. Look forward to a long friendship....
