I went in to redeem my birthday drink at the Starbucks located inside this Safeway, but encountered the rudest employee. Absolutely no customer service skills - unpleasant from the second I got to the counter - and she immediately forgot what my order was after taking it.

Guy in the butcher block had no clue what he's doing. He initially labelled my chicken as some gourmet beef (making it ten times the normal price), and when called on it, he just replied "the machine does that sometimes". Whatever, it happens. But then when I asked him whether he even put the correct cut of chicken in the bag, he said "i don't know, i can't tell the difference". Like... you work in a butcher block, It's LITERALLY YOUR JOB to know the difference. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
