I just called this pharmacy over the weekend.
I spoke to a guy in the pharmacy over getting a perscription filled that was hard to find elswhere. I tried 3 different pharmacies prior. I told them the name of it, and dose of what my family member took. They then asked if it was slow release or immediate tablets. So then I had to go call back my family pediatrician. So I call this pharmacy back and then they ask how many I needed for this family member, I said a month supply. So then they again asked how many I needed. I repeated a month supply. So I told them you know what, I told you how many, and got a bit frustrated and hung up. I found a pharmacy that knew what I needed today. If you went to pharmacy school, or had on the job training, please, get more training or a refresher. Please ask for someone else if this person answers, as they could not even tell me if they even carried it unless i gave an exact number of days.

I had to give a review tonight the Rite Aid open at 8 AM and supposed to be closed at 9 PM why is the door closed at 8:55? I dont like miscommunication its either it close at nine or it close at 8:55, which one is it?

Came at 8:50 PM on a Monday to pick up a very important prescription that was ready to pick up per thier text and found doors closed. That's very irresponsible from a pharmacy that is supposed to be accurate with timing.

I was there around 11am and it seems to be a good time to visit there.
