My mother in-law and her husband live here and right now they have been without hot water for 6 days. She can barely eat what they serve. They always steal her pain medications. They are always way late bringing her mess to her. My attorney is going to have a field day with them.

I worked here and it was the worst.
I literally got written up for helping somebody that clearly needed immediate help.
I was told to never help again, which I didnt that person I was helping ended up dying 2 weeks later due to neglect of care.
When I called the company out on neglect I was brought into a room and surrounded by about 5 people standing up while making me sit, I dont know how to explain this but they pretty much were asking me if I really thought they were neglectful and giving me creepy looks (kind of as if if you think these things about us than why do you work here type of thing) not sure if they were trying to intimidate me or what but it was so unprofessional
The nurse Julie is a literal psycho path and the higher ups are only there for the money.
This place is a joke, steer clear.

I've seen from the inside how they care more about how their own day goes over the residents'. Would not recommend at all.
