Horrible service. They poured the concrete wrong, and after 2 weeks, it started cracking, but they refused to fix it. Won't return calls, won't back their work.

We had Terry and hi crew add onto our patio.  They did a nice job but they are very difficult to get ahold of. Terry does not answer his phone. He is suppose to seal the concrete as written in our contract. Have tried several times to contact him to finish the job with no luck.  We are now considering legal action.  Not sure how he stays in business if this is the way he treats hicustomers

Concrete cracked right away. He said he would redo it but never did. Kept saying waiting on knife river to get back to him as said it was there fault because concrete truck was late. I finally just gave up as he just kept giving me excuses and I knew he would never do anything about it.

Really did a bad job. Representative from Knife River was here and agreed it was Miller Concrete and not cement. Miller said he would redo patio and kept making excuses or wouldnt return calls. Called every week and left messages for 2 years. After 2 years went to building board and it was to late, has to be reported within a year. Now I have a huge crack in the middle of my patio. Cause was that they ran out of 3/4 minus packing rock and used pea gravel.
