The absolute worst pool service in Tulsa. No one should use them! They are bait and switch. Use untrained employees to destroy your pool.
Took my cover off this year and just slid all debris right into the pool. Saying that is their protocol .
Still cleaning it today from the absolute worst pool company in town do not use!!!
If anyone still doubts them ask me about the second hand filter they sold me.

I would have left a zero star if that were an option. This company says they don’t have a high “service†fee, however they jack up their “chemical†pricing to make up for it! We were quoted $200 for a simple service, however was later billed $900! When we inquired, they told us we had another issue and they tried to fix it with more chemicals. Unfortunately, the chemicals they used never worked. I think they knew this from the beginning, and their goal was to make it up with their chemical fee. When questioned, they were very defensive and clearly not understanding. They also quoted us another service for $2000, which we ended up getting done by another company for only $500. Don‘t waste your time and money here, there are better companies out there who care about their results.

Last year I used Melones on a repair call. Tyler knew what he was doing, found the problem and corrected it quickly. Because of that I decided I would use Melones again to open my pool this year with a pool cleaning and to clean my DE filter. Krissy, a very pleasant lady, quoted me $312.50 for both. A little expensive but I just had knee surgery and could not do it myself. A young, nice guy came out the next day. I did not stick around to watch but I did see him use the net to skim the surface of the pool. Later I saw him begin to take my DE filter apart and I saw him again when the DE filter was put back together. The tech mentioned he had never seen that kind of filter before. Really? He was familiar with cartridge filters to where you just wash them off. He left after about 75 minutes. After he left I inspected the pool and was dismayed to see a LOT of oak leaves and pine needles still on the bottom of my pool. I checked the skimmers and they were full, untouched. I found out later he also did not re-add DE to my filter after cleaning. DE is the main filtering component of a DE filter. I dont blame the tech as I think he was just inadequately trained. I talked to Joey, the Service Manager, and he said he would talk to the tech to be sure that he would do things correctly next time. What would have been appropriate would be to send another tech out to finish the service or to discount the original ticket. Neither option was offered. I had to finish the service myself and get my grandkids to help clean the pool properly. I waited a week to post this comment to give Melones time to reach out. That never happened. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. NOT WILLING TO WORK WITH PEOPLE. THEY TAKE YOUR CARD INFORMATION BEFORE THEY FIX ANYTHING AND THEY BILL YOU EVEN IF THEY DO NOTHING. I have a spa heater that keeps faulting due to some underlying issue. I have had to replace a fusible link vent switch 3 times in the last six weeks. I called Melones to come out and check. I told them the part that needed to be replaced before they could look at the underlying issue so that they could be prepared when they came out. When they did come out they had a fuse they went to replace which was unnecessary and when I told him the part that actually needed to be replaced was the fusible link he said oh well need to order that. Why didnt you order it before you came? They charged me $142.50 for that. I told the guy I really would like this fixed ASAP. He said they would have someone back out. I called the next week. They didnt have me on the schedule. They said it would be another week. In the meantime I replaced the part myself so they could come check the underlying issue. I was upset that I would now have to pay for another service call before they could even tell me what the repair costs would be. When I asked for a partial refund of the initial service call the vice president said they would not help me at all. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Hot tub equipment repair
