image The shower flooded, the room smelled. Also there was a large number cars broken into and the manager did nothing. Stated there was no cameras on the facility and was rude to our party. We had more than 20 rooms booked for our group.
6 cars were broken into on property.

image Responding to owner then you need to talk to your front desk bc they refused to let us look at the surveillance to help idenitfy the people. They also said no cameras work at all. It is funny all of a sudden you say your aorey. But your staff is highly disrespectful. A police report has been intiated and luckily the computer that was stolen is traceale through the state of texas. Im just letting others know how awful your business is.

I am extremely sorry to hear that, we have not had any break in for many, many years. We did have security till 1:00 am and everything was fine up till then. Unfortunately, you would have to file a police report because they are the one who can help you. We are not law enforcement. image We booked a room online after seeing they accept pets. Their policy states on several sites the cost, size and quality allowed and we fell within those margins.
We arrived early and ask if we could leave one car to attend an event and the two women were friendly and informative. We were told at that the evening person was difficult and she may give us a hard time since we had all ready been in, but we hadnt checked in. I thought thats strange.
Upon arrival my son spoke with her and within just a few seconds she was being combative, authoritative and rude all because she said we cant have two dogs even though it stated that we can. Our reservation request was with dogs, and she didnt believe this and felt we should be charged. I then started talking to her and said she need to call the manager.
After several minutes and several calls she said we wouldnt be charged and we requested a receipt showing we didnt owe anything.
We had not been charged anything on the bank card at that point.
I left a negative review about the way we were treated to warn other four days later and the owner calls screaming at me for leaving a bad review and he told me now because of that he was charging me. I told him its illegal and we will be calling the police and charging him for fraud.
We called the police and as soon as charges clear my bank we are to file a complaint on fraud since we had a receipt and were told we wouldnt be charged.
After searching several different sites online and documenting complaints about fraudulent charging we have decided we will be making a court case against this establishment.
He sent a charge for two room and $50 through the bank. So far it hasnt cleared.
If your Native American remember you can file a small claim and be possibly awarded up to $5000 for lost wages, time, stress caused by his harassment in Tahlequah with the Cherokee Nation since this establishment is in INDIAN TERRITORY!!! Still looking into filing small claims for the harassment he as given us.

Her reservation was cancelled at no charge, yet she went online and slander the hotel. This kind on nonsense needs to stop. Our checkin time is 2:00 PM, they showed up around noon time, room wasn’t ready so, my morning desk clerk decided to do the paperwork and then later on they can come and pick up the room key. On the registration card, we have a specific question: Are you traveling with pet yes or no? And if yes how many? Even though we ask them to answer that question on the registration card they left that part blank. Proof: I still have their registration card, with their signature. Our pet policy is listed on all the websites. Also, when they made the reservation through Booking.com they did not mention that they are traveling with two pets. They did not give us that information at the time of check in either. Because, we don’t allow two pets in the room. We allow only one pet under 50 pounds and if they are traveling with a pet then their room deposit goes up. When they came to pick the room key in the evening my desk clerk noticed two pets, so they were informed about the pet policy and informed that we didn’t allow two pets and this situation would have been avoided, had they informed us at check in that they were traveling with two pets. They turned nasty right away. However, their reservation was canceled at no charge. This is the world we live in, my desk clerk was just doing her job and following hotel policy and allowed them to cancel her reservation at no charge. Yet, she went on all social media platform and slander the hotel. This nonsense must stop.

image Checked out early due to bed bugs and a mouse in my room. The mouse had been into my infants snacks as it was holding a goldfish out of his snack bag in his diaper bag. I read another review stating this about mice and the hotel calling them a liar! You DO have an infestation problem. Your maintenance man literally chuckled as I was checking out and stated youre not going to let a little mouse run you off are you? Considering I have an infant who does most things at ground level this was a huge reason to run me off! I have also been waiting about 2 weeks for my refund from this hotel for my deposit and my updated total for checking out early. I personally wouldnt waste my time booking here!
Update: there is no longer any transaction showing pending or completed from best western in my bank account. It has completely vanished along with the money. I tried reaching out to support from my end (the bank) but like I said the transaction doesn't exist now. These people are stealing money that is not owed to them. Will be contacting the local news to investigate your property now. Thank you!
