I am a over the road truck driver and my truck broke down and I stayed here for a total of 11 days. The staff made me and my dog Porter feel right at home. Everything was excellent, the room, the free breakfast, the maid service, though the treadmill in there gym is broken ( get that fixed before I come back) lol. Everything was great. Andy the front desk clerk is a good guy. I definitely would stay here again. I highly recommend this location. See you guys again one day perhaps. Bob McHugh and Porter too! Rooms: Rooms were very clean and spacious. Nearby activities: Not sure. Safety: Very secure. Walkability: Several stores and restaurants nearby. Food & drinks: Plenty of food and drinks nearby. Noteworthy details: Staff was excellent.

If you do not have to go to this hotel please go some where else because choice book a room for me here using my points and the man told me that I need a card on file for security reason how about he tried to take money off my card any way but thank God my card was lock and he was very rude this is the only comfort hotel that I have had any problems with and I have been a member since 2007

I recently stayed 3 nights here and although it looks nice from a distance, the beds were hard as rocks and lumpy. Definitely need new mattresses. The remote for my tv didn't work right. I called down the first day and someone came while I was out to fix the tv but the only buttons that worked on the remote were input, menu and some numbers. The volume was pretty loud and I had no way of changing it. There was a dead roach in the room but at least it was dead and there were black hairs throughout the bathroom and the ac unit. Incredibly noisy! I kept getting woken up by the sounds of the elevator, the ice machine, people in the hallway and the never ending sounds of rushing water draining from somewhere. The breakfast buffet options were decent but mostly empty the last half hour. The window coverings didn't extend to cover the entire window. The staff was nice.
