Marriott Tulsa Hotel Southern Hills

They have valet but also free parking. The staff are always nice when I stay here and the concierge lounge serves a decent breakfast in the morning and drinks at nights with some nice food choices. I usually will eat downstairs in the Marriott bar area and they some good choices.

We had a reservation and called to say we would be late. When we got to the hotel there were no rooms available because they were all being cleaned. We ended up waiting 45 minutes to get into a room. We were compensated for the wait but it was still aggravating to have to wait for a room when you had a reservation.

The worst experience ever! I stayed at Marriott hotels in the US, Europe and China! And I loved it! But this stay turned out to be the greatest disappointment! The stuff wont care. My room was never cleaned. It took me 5!!! phone calls on the third !!! day of my stay and promise of the bad review to get someone to the room with clean towels, coffee and a tiny bar of soap! Trash was never taken out during my 4 day stay. I didnt even dare to step in the swimming pool as there were dead mosquitoes floating on the surface. In masses! And I booked an extra day there in order to relax! Ironically, the manager said that they are trying to be environmentally friendly On the top of everything I was overcharged. The manager said I might have purchased something at the hotel and forgot. Noteworthy details: Stuff dont care! You can call them asking for help and no action

I have stayed at this location twice and the front desk staff is very friendly and professiomal. Nice clean rooms, l love the wood flooring and limited carpet in the rooms. It feels more clean. I was given an upgrade at my last stay and wow what a room. The rooms I stayed in have a lavender and other essential oils relaxing spray in a little sample type bottle. I Love the smell and a nice touch. I have not had to pay for parking either time as some others have described in reviews. I will stay here again for sure.
