Holiday Inn & Suites Tulsa South, an IHG Hotel

Very clean. Rooms and service were good. The elevator was the slowest one I've ever encountered though.

This is one of the worst Holiday Inns Ive ever stayed at. They only accept cards. Theres no staff keeping people or their children from getting the floors wet and dirty. The bathroom fixtures were half broken because nobody can figure out how to use the shower because there is no explanation anywhere about the secret tab to pull. Theres nowhere to eat within walking distance except a very few mediocre to bad spots. Very disappointing. Rooms: loose fixtures, hard to use. did have good beds Walkability: not a walkable area and nothing really to walk to Food & drinks: plan on eating somewhere else before you arrive there is nothing Noteworthy details: probably stay somewhere else better nearby for the same price

I've been traveling the country for 8 months for work and EVERY full service Holiday Inn has been a disappointment. Holiday Inns charge about $100/night and that doesn't include laundry, where the Candlewood's do and for less room rates. If you work all day long, you're probably missing their fancy prepared breakfasts, I've never had it. Why it doesn't extend until checkout I'll never understand. These hotels draw families which is great for kids to explore life with their parents but then they yell all night long and you wake up and cartoons are blasting through the paper-thin walls. What's the point of going to a hotel if you can't sleep.

We came to Tulsa for an event. Traveling from Kansas City. I called the hotel about 6:00 pm to tell them we would get here at 1:00 am. I was told by the front desk to make sure I arrived before 2;00 am or my reservation would be canceled. They run a report at that time for "no shows".Well it's 1:30 am and they gave away my room! What am i supposed to do at 1:30 am??! They get 2 stars because they are making calls trying to find another room for me.
