This is our 1st time staying here and we will definitely stay here again. Lucky the young man that checked us in was extremely nice and a very pleasant individual. Our room was the nicest room we have stayed in for a long time. The largest tv in any hotel that we have ever stayed in. The room had just been remodeled.The kingsize bed was more comfortable than mine at home. Great breakfast. The best luggage cart I have ever used. Thank you Lucky for a very enjoyable stay.

Holiday Inn Express In Jenks was awesome. Norman the desk service guy was professional and amazing. Best breakfast and he was doing it all. He was kind and courteous and had the best attitude. Please give him a good raise and give him a congratulations on the best customer service at holiday Inn Express. Most comfortable beds too.

One of the best hotels I have ever been to, the staff was amazing, the breakfast was good and the rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable The staff were incredibly nice. We will definitely be coming back, we were visiting from California and stay 2 days my kids love the pool and the hot tub..

I had a 2 queen suit with a pull-out couch. The room sleeps 6. The sheets were stained and had spots that were threadbare. There was no bedding for the pull-out so I had to go to back down to the front desk for the bedding. Then there was only 3 bath towels and wash cloths so I had to go back down to the front desk for more of those. Some of the towels had brown stains on them. The next day when the housekeeper came and took all of the dirty towels we asked her to give us 4 sets of towels, but she wouldnt. I had to go down to the front desk to get another set. We kept running out of hot water during showers. Oh and the breakfast lady shut the breakfast door at like 8:50am. And we werent finished eating. Over all, the stay at this hotel definitely was not worth the price point.
