        This is the worst banking option available in Tulsa. I still have an account with 5.00 parked in it, but will NEVER use this debacle of a financial institution again. However, my elderly mother still uses WeStreet for her every day banking. She needed to order a delivery of groceries due to inclement weather, and they wouldn't approve the charge due to "suspicion of fraud" on her debit card, even though the order was being delivered to her HOME ADDRESS, which matches her billing address on file. This is how screwed up and bizarre their flagging system is. Oh and BTW, it's a holiday on Monday, so she can't even get this straightened out until Tuesday, and they've cut her card off in the meantime, (because there is literally no one to speak to about this, unlike other financial institutions in Tulsa, ie, BancFirst, BOK, etc.) Likewise, if your card is actually stolen or lost, there is no way to report it until they open. So if it's the weekend, after noon on a Saturday, you're SOL. I won't even get into the excessive holds on funds from insurance claim checks from major banks like Citi. Or their sub par customer service once you manage to actually get a hold of someone.
