Remodeling is never pleasant but Mark and Kip did an excellent job. Prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. They get back with you ASAP via text and phone. All of the workers they contracted out were as professional. They work hard to make sure the customer is happy and all loose ends are complete. The first contractor we contacted flaked out. I found MK on Angies List and lucked out for sure! Excellent quality of work. We will definitely use them in the future for other house projects.

An amazing professional small business. A true small family oriented local construction company that truly listens to both employee and customer. It's not always easy finding and honest contractor to work with or work for, but Mark & Kip set the bar high. A solid group of people from the office staff, to the management team and of course, the construction crew. You can guarantee that your needs, concerns or priorities will be taken seriously, and they will do the best job they can for you. A long overdue shout out, but these guys deserve good and you should give them a shout if you need an honest reliable construction company, I would most defiantly recommend MK Building & Design.

The guys at MK did an incredible job. I was nervous for our big renovation but they were professional, on time, and did an incredible job. I couldnt have asked for better company. The quality and craftsmanship are really next level. My home and outside areas have been transformed. 10000% recommend.
