Management is horrible! Cstar is a joke, I had this apartment that was near OSU campus, the apartment location was convenient but a little pricy, and you could hear EVERYTHING from your neighbors. Management is horrible, I didn't have internet for 5 months even though I used to call every single week, their answer was "we will call the owner" pretty sure they never did since I didn't have internet for almost the first half of my lease, then I had to wait more than a month for someone to come and fix the light that fell from the roof, and finally it took them 4 months , that's right, 4 months to give me my deposit back, even though I called them several times, for months, they just really don't care about their customers, you go there and the environment is just horrible, the manager is so incompetent, he just doesn't care, I believe Cstar is not worth the try.

If I could give their management half a star I would! I do not recommend renting from Cstar. We have had several problems including electrical and it takes two weeks to get someone to come out and look at what the problem is even if you call everyday reminding them. Also had to go two weeks with out a stove and a week where we couldn't use the sink. I have to be super rude before they send maintenance out. And even then they just make excuses.

Called them regarding one of their properties I currently reside in to let them know of numerous problems and concerns... Spoke to Lindsey who was very rude and all she could do was give excuses as to why the place is falling apart. Also gave lame excuses as to why the cedar oaks leasing manager, Karah cant do her job properly. They are very unprofessional and rude. They will not take your concerns into consideration so dont waste your time. I will NEVER lease any property from them again and I highly advise that you dont either.

Management is a joke! Didn't have internet for 5 months, even though I called every single week asking when they will fix the internet, and the answer always was, that they will call the owner (pathetic). The manager is SO unhelpful he just doesn't care, I called him for FOUR months to get my deposit back, and he just didn't care. I got some of my deposit back after 3 months of calling and the rest after one more month. I called for two months to get fixed a light that fell from the roof and finally after two months somebody showed up. And finally, I left the country for a few weeks and I was late on my rent for 4 days, even though I told them that I was leaving the country and they sent me a later that they will break into my apartment and move all my stuff out of the apartment if I don't pay within the 48 hours even though that they provide the worst service ever. I will NEVER lease any property from them again, it is just not worth it!
