Ted was very helpful when we were deciding what needed to be updated and what did not in the house for the area. We were able to draw the amount we wanted from our property and we actually had the house listed and sold on the first day. Closing went without a hitch and Ted was easy to work with. Ted does have a lot of contacts in the area to help find you a house, or in our case, help you sell your home.
