Extremely rude and unprofessional employees!!! Ugly attitudes!!! Ghetto white trash!!! I went to get a refund on over priced products and had called customer service before going there. They had it all situated. So I thought I take the two empty bottles of shampoo and conditioner and the bottle of spray in as the customer service representative told me to. I showed the staff the email. They were VERY RUDE and uncooperative at first! The manager grudgingly processed my refund! Then I called Sally Beauty Supply customer service and once again reported them! Sally Beauty Supply, will NEVER get ANY of my business again!!!

I ordered for the 2 hour delivery got notice that it was delivered when it wasnt and the customer service people refused to make it right. A refund was offered. A refund takes days to get to the bank and I still dont have the product! They say they have a picture of it being dropped off. Of course their picture is not my house. This is theft to me and it is horrible customer service!

Unprofessional employee!! Bought clippers and asked to return them. Return policy says returns or exchanges allowed if the clippers are unused, in original packaging, and brought in with receipt within 60 days. Took them in and there were two employees. One with blonde hair, wearing a very unprofessional outfit, and sitting on the counter (potentially vaping, as the store smelled like smoke, and it never does). I asked to return or exchange, and set the clippers on the counter so I could walk around. The employee very rudely cut me off, and said that she wouldn't return or exchange them. I explained what the return policy said, and she said because it was Christmas, she doesn't follow that protocol because I could have stolen them and was trying to get free money. I showed the receipt and explicitly stated that I had bought them and that it was in their system. She wouldn't touch it, and then made the other employee return the rest of my items and began walking around the store very slowly, acting like she had something to do. I have been in contact with other Sally's stores and found out the employee wasn't following policy, and will be contacting customer service. How rude!!
