        I went today (April 8th 2024) and got amazing customer service. I have two kids under four and my three year old was walking around collecting different things off the shelves and handing them to me and the worker said dont worry its okay mama! She is a mom too. I usually never write reviews but just had to. She helped me pick items for bleaching my hair. I wish I got her name! She has blonde hair and wears glasses. So so kind. Dont worry, my daughter and I helped put the things she got off the shelves back

        asked for a toner that would not turn my hair gray. was immediately corralled by 2 employees who handed me a permanent toner and told me it wont turn gray or silver and then ushered me to check out. sitting in bed now with splotchy dark gray hair that i guess i am stuck with for a while. this is my karma for stepping out on beauty world.

        I was so grateful to the staff . They searched for this product, and it was the last one on the shelf. I've been to several other establishments before coming here. Thank goodness they took time out and found that product for me. A very satisfied customer
