They charged my mom 5,000.00 dollars to rerun the water lines in a single wide trailer. They left the water lines hanging loosely under the trailer. Everyone knows water lines that are like that will freeze in winter. They also had some leaks and we called them back out and they came out and attempted to fix 1 but it didn't stop it which rotted the floor. They knew it messed up the floor by getting it wet but did nothing about it and resulted in us having to hire someone to fix our floor. There work was very unprofessional and sloppy. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

We will not be using this company again. Scheduled an appointment for a filter change and inspection on the heater. Called a couple of times after they never showed up for the original appointment or rescheduled appointments. Kept being told someone would be out to the house. NOTHING! Poor customer service.

These people are the least professional group of people Ive ever had the misfortune of doing business with. They show up to take your money promptly and then tell you they will be back tomorrow. You will not see or hear from them again for a minimum of 7 to 10 days. Hired them to fix a leak, they moved the leak from outside the house to three places inside the house by completely replacing the entire line. The Boss boasts about having 48 years of experience yet it took 8 pressure tests, 5 repairs and two days to stop all the leaks they created to pass inspection. They do not clean up the messes they make all over your home or even replace anything they remove like sheet rock. Left 3 inch screws in the driveway. Destroy appliances and just leave them in pieces in your floor. Drill holes in your floors and dont bother to clean up the sawdust. I can go on and on but will stop for now except to warn you DO NOT USE, HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
