ABC Plumbing Heating & Air

The technician came out and did his job fixing my shower handle, however, I live in a mobile home, which is harder to find parts for. There is a store in Tulsa that specifically sells those parts, but the technician ordered the part from a local store, which took a week And I got charged for two hours more labor because of him chasing parts . I spoke with the owner of the company who said that is a standard practice although a tech from his company came out at the beginning of the year, went and got the part in Tulsa, and came back and fixed my other shower in one day for half the price.

Brian in Claremore was very helpful. They were able to come out quickly to replace a tub faucet that had been leaking. They were quick and patched up the drywall nicely where they had to cut into it to reach the plumbing and they cleaned up the floors so there wasnt a mess of dust everywhere.

Our sewer was backed up outside and he came out and got it unclogged thank you will definitely use again when needed!!!!! Services: Cleaning, Drain cleaning

I called ABC on 8/15/22 in regards to a water leak I needed located and fixed. I had already had another plumber 'put me on the schedule' and then never called or showed up. The pleasant woman I spoke with apologized for the poor service from the other company. She told me they could get me on the schedule, but they were currently short a man so it would be about a week. I agreed and said that sounded fine. On 8/22/22 I received a call from ABC letting me know I was on the schedule for that day, and I would receive a call from Anton when he was en route. Anton called as promised and arrived and promptly began work. He quickly located the water leak. Anton had to make a quick run to get more parts, but then he fixed the water leak in a matter of minutes. All employees that I spoke with from ABC were friendly, professional, and polite. They communicated well and were timely.
