Not a good lace to live at all. The crime is pretty bad. Doors get kicked in. Matience came in unannounced and that's when my gun went missing. A/C was out for a few months. Also went without hot water for a several weeks at one point. Things don't get fixed in a timely manner. They are slum lords. I went months without hot water. Also went months without heat or ac. I've got all the proof and the text messages. You feel comfortable living among drugs and bums and crime then and having a slum lord then that's your place. Always paid my rent every month except for when they stole from me. The evicted me because I complained about my gun that went missing when they came in unannounced.
