Gardens At Pryor Creek

I absolutely love this property!!! Jackie and the maintenance team are always on it, they take great care of the tenants. I diffentlty recommend living here. Jackie is super sweet!!

jackie is the definition of IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of, i had lived there for six months and was paying nearly 1200 dollars for a two bed and from what im hearing the price just went up again. maintenance is never up to par and again getting ahold of the maintenance man is impossible. i had called in several issues and not one of them got resolved. just having curtains in these apartments can be your downfall and the amount of bugs that they wont get rid of is disgusting. living here felt worse than being homeless.

Jackie is a great manager! She has a lot to deal with everyday and somehow keeps on trucking! She will always work with you if you are late with rent, you just have to ask for help, she's not a mind reader. As long as you are honest with her and don't trash up the place.

I lived there for 2 years. Only reason why I stayed there was because of the reasonable rent price but culturally it was disgusting. Cockroaches everywhere, even if your apartment was cleaned, sprayed, or had zero food traces. Countless times have I been woken up by my neighbors because they were screaming outside of my window at 3 in the morning. So bad that the authorities were there more than once. The office and maintenance does a decent job at getting calls in. I would HIGHLY wouldnt recommend living here.

This place is awesome! Jackie went above and beyond what was required or expected to help us move in in a very timely manner. 5 adults require a LOT of paperwork and Jackie worked for days getting all our information correct and made the process so smooth and stress free! I can't say enough good things about this community. I highly recommend you give Jackie a call if your looking for a new home!
