Rent has gone up way higher than I rented for originally and without notice every time. Elevators are always down, or stuck on another floor as they are manually operated and cannot be summoned with buttons. Both were down tonight, which I didnt discover until I was in one with a cart load of boxes to take up. My unit is on the third floor, these constant issues make it impossible to use it as I need to and have inconvenienced me uncountable times. Unfortunately I have large items in storage, otherwise Id carry everything down the stairs and end my lease. Truck rentals and staff are easy to deal with but I wish Id rented a more accessible space.

After one employee said they couldn't refill a propane tank because her certificate had came in the mail but I could return the same time the next day for service.. it was going to be in the teens overnight and I had to have propane so I had to pay double what I would have at uhaul else where jus to return the next day for the same wonder young lady said the other person wasn't filling good but would go check than 5 mins or so went by which it was 23 degrees with the wind chill and i was standing out in the wind waiting for service. The one great young lady comes to tell me that they are actually outta of propane and are currently waiting for delivery.. very very disappointed and upset... The young lady did tell me where I could get my tank refilled tho.. she's great the other one.. not so much.. soo I would definitely call before wasting gas money and time.

Pretty decent storage facility that offers good security for your belongings. The building itself is a brick box (was once an old biscuit factory from wayyy back), with different floors of indoor, climate-controlled storage units, so I certainly wasn't worried about entrusting them to keep my stuff safe. The staff were adequately knowledgeable and quick to assist me with moving in and returning a trailer. For being closer to downtown Oklahoma City, the surrounding location didn't seem all that bad either. Compared to most self-storage locations you've probably seen, this place in particular certainly won't have any issue with people walking up off the street gaining access to your individual storage unit.

Ive had this location instal a receiver hitch on a car before and it was great. Saved about $150 over going to the dealership or an automotive accessory store. Second time around, with another vehicle, it ended up being a disaster. Auto Accessories Unlimited in Norman wanted about $500 to instal their hitch and going through Uhual again saved me almost $200, so I thought No question about it. AAU in Norman cautioned me that other places have botched simple bolt-on applications like this before, and that replacing and fixing it can be a huge burden. I can attest that that is incredibly true sometimes. After receiving my vehicle back after a few hours, I noticed the rear hatch wouldnt open Long story short, the subframe was tweaked and had to go into a body shop and I had to rent a car so my Wife could get back and fourth to work and daycare for about 2 weeks. That cost me nearly $1400 out of pocket. So, after months of working with management and their insurance company, a $1700 lesson in plausible deniability. Save your peace of mind and go elsewhere; even if it costs more.
