This has got to be one of the worst post offices ever.. I plan on complaining to the post master general as well. The two individuals that work here have a real bad attitude towards customers They keep the lobby locked where the p o box are until eight thirty a m.. They did not use to do this. Yesterday I went to the front and knocked on the glass to let them know. It was past 8 30 they needed to open. There was a parking lot full of people waiting to get their mail. The counter clerk came out yelling and screaming unlocked the door and shipped it so hard. It hit me in my foot. He continued to yell about me knocking on the window though and I had to get back in his face to tell him to quit screaming at me I talk to 3 customers in the parking lot prior to this. And we were all in agreement and frustrated People pay good money for these PO. Boxes and when they close at night, people cannot go get their mail from inside the Lobby Something needs to be done and I would start with firing 2 clerks. There was no reason for him to come out screaming and yelling and shoving the door open like he did. 1 day I went in and a customer had left the counter so I walked up to the counter. The black lady stated. What are you doing? I did not call you up here. I said ma'am I did not realize I was in school and had to be called forward. Again? Something has to be done or I am moving boxes. And postal service as altogether. Their customer service is totally off the charts bad. The Only reason I go now is to get my PO box. Mail, any other business is done at a different location. Maybe their democrats

Do not go here! They really need to close it down or reopen with better management. They are rude and unprofessional. I don't know why they feel they can treat people just any way.

Arrived at 4:54 to drop off a package and they were closed. Why are my tax dollars funding this failure of an organization if it cant even stay open til 5pm? If it was 5:01 I wouldnt have left a 1 star, but this is absolutely pathetic. Shame on whoever runs this location

Came to get my passport. All attempts to ask questions or confusion were met with aggression. I'm not taking passive either. The lady with the short blond hair needs to be retrained on how to speak to customers. This isn't the first time I've had issues with her either. Came in a few months ago to do the same thing. She had an attitude about me asking questions to fill out my paperwork so I left. I hope this place gets new staff. The only person minding themselves is McFly.

Big bald guy working today around 1p is not helpful at all. Acts like he hates his job the way he was moping towards the back and avoiding helping.
