      image I have always praised UPS...and still will praise my delivery man. He is the nicest, most professional person you could ever meet or be lucky enough to have him as your delivery person. Your UPS info for the Ardmore, 4th. st. location sucks. I had to drive 38 miles to get there only to find they closed at 1:30. Yes i checked on your online information before i went and it said they were open 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. So that was a wasted trip in several ways....gasoline, time to and back. I'm 80 yrs. of age and it is not easy for me to make a trip like that to no avail. So, yes i am very upset with UPS right now. Donna Smith

      Hello Donna, I understand your frustration, but no ups store are open 24hrs 7 days a week. Even Walmart does not open 24 hours a day. Our hours are M-F 7:30am to 6:00 pm, sat 7:30am to 1:30pm and on Sunday 10-3 pm. And that's exactly our website says too. I am sorry that you are upset for no valid reason. If you would have looked at the website then you would have save that extra trip you made.We always work on giving exceptional service to our customers but this issue is something that I do not even have word for you.       image I have nothing but good things to say about UPS STORE. Staffs are really helpful and friendly.Especially the young lady with glasses on even took time to show me how to email them return label from Amazon for a return and took care of the rest. I will recommend everyone to use this place for their business.
