Dr Bozalis was outstandinng,! Relative had tooth pulled with new Owners. Gas wasnt working and pulled tooth. He was so traumatized next time he saw he vomited. I really hope they are more caring. Have excellent Dentist now no worries.

Tiana Osburn was the worst Doctor I have ever came across. Due to her bed side manners I would give this place a negative 0! Everyone in the facility was nice and very helpful. They apologized for the wait and they also told me what was going on when I arrived. However, from me sitting in the facility from 9:04 to 11:04 and nothing changed about my sons mouth, Im not happy!! Then finally seeing the doctor ( she doesnt even deserve to be called a Dr. by the way). After about an hour of sitting and X-rays of my sons mouth were done. Tiana comes to the station with this nonchalant attitude like she was the MVP ( which in fact she was not, everyone else in the facility was working harder then her. As she proceeds to make this girl do notes instead of focusing on the rush they had going on). She basically refused to look at the X-rays and was trying to make me tell her how many cavities my son had. When I explained to her what the problem was and why we were referred to you all, she skips over everything and says she wasnt treating him today and we needed to come back. I about lost my cool. I work full time in the medical field. I had to take off of work and get my son out of school to be at the appointment. Just to sit there for two hours? Waist of time and energy dealing with her. When I explained to her we could not come back and I had to take off of work she rolled her eyes in my face and walked off. She needs to be retrained and licenses should taken away from her due bad bedside manners and unprofessional actions. I will not be coming back and I will be contacting corporate. Some parents actually do have to work and provide for there family. I lost 60$ sitting in that office. I get paid per hour. So my time is valuable. I think she woke up thinking she was Tiana Taylor instead of Tiana Osburn. She need to bring her self down a few notches she was acting like a 10 when in reality she is only a 0.

I have had nothing but good experiences here. The facility is clean and they work quickly and efficiently. We love Mrs. Ruth Ann she is always so friendly and does an amazing job with my kids. Thank you!

The entire staff was amazing!!! The doctor explained everything my daughter would need in order to get braces. The process was smooth, and very professional on her behalf. I will take my children there over and over. Thank you, pediatric dentistry of Oklahoma!

I don't recommend anyone to go here. From the time we walked in the door until we decided to leave was a disappointment. The women at the front desk were very rude. I was trying to talk to them and she cut me off and rolled her eyes. Signaling for us to leave. I guess she had more important things to do. Was there over an hour for nothing but a headache.
